You can learn how to use a variety of software using Atomic Learning, which is available from home or school. It is licensed for our staff, students, and their families to use. If you login from home, use the password given to you for the login and password in order to access all the resources. Contact the tech office at 816-850-6784 to get a password. Just turn up the sound and watch a short 1 - 2 minute video that you select about the topic you need.
I just found out that Atomic Learning also offers tutorials using Flash! This might be easier to use. Once you search for a video to watch, look over on the right side, past the area that shows the length of the various videos. There may be a choice to set Flash as your preferred player, or at least to view that video using Flash. Nearly everyone has Flash on their machine. Later this fall all of the Atomic Learning videos will be available using Flash!
